What We Sell

We stock great Yorkshire produce and treats from further afield.

We stock a fantastic range of locally produced food plus some Oriental delicacies you wouldn’t necessarily expect to find in a Yorkshire village! As well as bread, artisan cheese, cold meats, olives and fresh deli goodies, we sell a well-chosen range of products from Yorkshire and further afield.

We have award-winning preserves from Elizabeth Smedley plus pickles and chutneys from The Bay Tree. We stock sweet and savoury biscuits from Cartwright & Butler and The Fine Cheese Company. Lottie Shaw’s parkin is extremely popular and we also stock her delicious biscuits and caramel sauce.

We have a great range of old-fashioned sweets from Hope and Greenwood and lots of lovely chocolate from Montezuma’s and Sarah Bunton. For something extra-special, we have Booja Booja truffles flavoured with stem ginger, espresso or champagne.

We are delighted to support local breweries and sell a range from Saltaire Brewery (including the award-winning Triple Chocoholic and the ever-popular Saltaire Blonde), Old Bear Brewery in Keighley and The Nook Brewhouse in Holmfirth.

We also sell the heavenly range of cider and spirits brewed by the monks at Ampleforth Abbey. This has been featured in the press and on the radio and includes a divine damson gin.

We truly are local: our honey comes from Baildon bees and in summer we have allotment overspill from local growers.

From further afield, we stock the gorgeous Bottega Calabria range of Italian jars. They are packed with Mediterranean yumminess, with the flavours of anchovies, roasted peppers and olives.

More unusually, Louise’s heritage means we also have a fantastic range of Japanese foods, including teriyaki sauce, miso, roasted seaweed and wasabi. Ask for advice if you want to know more about cooking with any of these special ingredients.
