We believe in great tasting, locally produced, home cooked food. We support local suppliers where possible and we care about the environment: most of our packaging is either recycled or reusable.
The deli is owned by long-standing Baildon local, Louise Pickles. Opening the deli was Louise’s long-held dream, but it took almost three years of hard work to realise her ambition.
The historic Towngate Rooms where the deli is housed was once a thriving hub of village social life, but fell into disrepair and and was left derelict for years. After much campaigning and general pestering, Louise managed to persuade the council to let her refurbish the building and open her eponymous deli and tearooms.
